This past weekend, CCP threw their annual EVE Online Fanfest over in Iceland. Petter grabbed his press card and rushed there to cover the event for FZ.se and PC Gamer, but of course the event had to be podcasted about too!
So this episode is, unsurprisingly, a lot about EVE Online. We get some audio straight from the #Tweetfleet meetup at the Celtic Cross, where we were joined by our podcasting friend Seismic Stan and Owen from PC Gamer UK. We also got the mic in front of CCP Manifest, CCP’s PR and social media-guy who is very popular with the game’s community. No wonder, he’s a great guy! Dust 514, the upcoming shooter which will be tied into EVE Online, gets some well-deserved attention too.
There was actually some time to talk about other games as well – World of Darkness and Star Trek Online both got some love during the episode. But mostly, it’s all about EVE Online this week.
